8 weeks later and still no refund, last week they gave it to someone else

I’ve written previously about waiting for 7 weeks for my parcel that I returned on 9 March to be received by Ganni on 27 April - it has been stuck in their German depot, apparently like many other returns according to their customer services department cheerily, no apologies. Now a week later, having been advised they have given me a refund and I haven’t received it, they advise me they have sent it to a credit card which isn’t mine. It is utterly unbelievable.

Ordered some Ganni boots

Ordered some Ganni boots, Great service, Great item but I had to return as too short in the leg for what I was after, NO QUIBBLE refund, Fabulous company

Sadly not an honourable brand

Sadly not an honourable brand. When something goes wrong they don’t want to know. I had an issue with a jumper fraying at the seam which they refused to accept or even inspect. I will no longer buy their products.

Worst experience

Do not order from this website. My partner and I each ordered something on separate occasions for me and both times we have been sent the wrong order. Rather than getting an email to inform us that the item we wanted was out of stock they just sent us a different item. Returns are so long I've been waiting for ages to get my money back or even an email after the item was delivered.
I also just purchased another product that is soo misleading on the site and am having to go through the same painful experience again.
Worst user experience ever and has completely put me off purchasing anything from GANNI again.

Just purchased my 1st pair of Ganni…

Just purchased my 1st pair of Ganni bright orange boots - Couldn 't bee happier with these, True to size, Beautifully made, and 'Out there' in the fashion world, I am about to order the knee high black ones now I ve seen the workmanship

Terrible customer service

I like the clothes but I had to return something and I’ve been waiting 4 WEEKS for a refund with no information. This is unacceptable. Other companies can organise refunds despite the virus problems. I won't buy from Ganni website again sadly.

Discount given for patience

After a DHL courier made an error and sent my purchase back to Ganni, I contacted Ganni’s customer service and was eventually given a discount code for my patience. My only negative is the amount of days I had to wait for a substantial response from customer service. Head office: please hire more customer services agents - having a sale on your website doesn’t mean customers should be expected to wait days for a response

My card was used fraudulently to make a…

My card was used fraudulently to make a purchase from Ganni. For 2 days I have been unable to reach anyone at customer support, and I have sent many emails to no response from Ganni. I am on complete disability for Pancreatic cancer, a massive heart attack, and juvenile diabetes; so the money stolen from me is quite important to my survival. The only person with the company I am able to reach is at the NY location. Brandon, who is the assistant manager at the NY location, refused to help me reach anyone else who could assist me; he repeatedly directed me to a number that rings once and goes to a voicemail message incapable of receiving messages. I hope as many people see this review as possible. This review will be shared amongst the 4500 Facebook friends I have nationwide next. Horrible customer service with Ganni; and they definitely do not prevent theft.
